This is my 4th time signing up and following Yoga Sadhana with Hiteshji. I am so grateful to have found him. It all started before he even came across my Instagram feed. Last year, I had asked my Guru to help me be more disciplined, more consistent, and organized in my life. I needed help in that department. Discipline has not been my cup of tea (personal reasons I won’t dive into), but I do believe Hiteshji’s yoga sadhana was the answer to my prayer that I was waiting
The 30-day yoga sadhana has profoundly impacted my life. It encompasses not just yoga poses but also philosophy, meditation, mala Japa, pranayama, yamas and niyamas, kirtan, journaling, and more. The best part is that I don't need to leave home; I receive daily recorded sessions and follow them at my own pace. Unlike retreats where change fades after returning home, this retreat fits into your daily life, allowing you to prioritize self-care and sadhana on your schedule. As a three-time certified yoga teacher, I realized from Hiteshji that it's not just about collecting degrees but practicing, teaching, and spreading knowledge. 30 day Yoga Sadhana encouraged me to advance my personal Instagram page, it gave me the confidence to share my accumulated wisdom. Journaling during our 30-day sadhana transformed my relationship with my ishth dev.
Previously, I had anger due to past trauma and wasn't communicating with my Bhagwan. Writing daily helped me address this anger, heal, and understand the roles of Maya, karma, and my life choices. This journey restored my faith in myself and my Creator. I found fasting challenging because I struggled with my relationship with food. Completing a 30-day sadhana more than once helped me develop the willpower to resist food and successfully fast. My relationship with myself has improved drastically. I was on a journey of self-sabotage. I basically told my ishth dev, “aap kya mujhe punishment doge, watch me ruin my own life.” And I did, I did just that. I walked a path of self-sabotage may that be through food, or not looking after my health or not taking my thyroid medication or not feeling motivated to look after the soul within. In any case things have been slowly transforming and I am loving this journey. I see myself continuing this journey. The 30-day sadhana helps you discover your true self and life's purpose. Also, attending the 5-day Svadhyay can answer many spiritual questions. I used to start activities but often left them unfinished out of boredom. However, Hiteshji made Yoga sadhana so engaging that I felt great every day and eagerly anticipated the next session. In Sanatan Dharma, our rituals have significant meaning, yet there has been a lack of detailed explanations. His work with Svadhyay and Sadhana addresses this gap by illuminating our culture and traditions, providing insights into the reasons behind our practices. It is highly informative to listen to his explanations as he effortlessly bridges this gap. His extensive knowledge not only educates us, but also assists foreigners who are keen to understand our culture. In terms of physical benefits, Yoga sadhana has contributed to increased strength, improvement in IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), and alleviation of liver pain associated with fatty liver. Additionally, it has encouraged more home cooking and the formation of healthier habits. BEST PART: His classes are so affordable. I am so grateful for him. Thank You Bhagwan
